As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will become a strategic partner to the business while also driving recruitment processes operationally. You will work closely with managers, HR Business Partners, and recruitment colleagues across several countries with the goal of ensuring an efficient, high-quality, and standardized recruitment process.
The role involves significant autonomy and suits you if you thrive on taking initiative, creating structure, and driving processes forward without extensive onboarding or micromanagement.
Your main responsibilities:
- Drive recruitment processes from job profiling to signing.
- Proactively work with search and sourcing of qualified candidates.
- Act as an advisory partner to managers and HR Business Partners on recruitment-related matters.
- Support the business with skills mapping, market insights, and salary benchmarks.
- Ensure a high-quality and standardized recruitment process across multiple markets.
- Collaborate with local recruiters and international stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and methods.
- Work in Workday and other HR systems.
You will work both strategically and operationally, where the ability to switch between a holistic perspective and execution is crucial for success.
Who we are looking forWe are looking for someone who feels confident in their skills as a recruiter and can quickly adapt to new businesses and contexts. You likely have several years of experience in Talent Acquisition and are accustomed to collaborating with senior managers, HR functions, and other key stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you need to enjoy working independently and have the ability to drive processes forward on your own. You are used to working in international environments and understand the challenges that arise when recruitment efforts need to be coordinated across different markets, cultures, and organizations.
We believe you are structured, proactive, and solution-oriented, while also having the ability to build trust with both candidates and internal stakeholders. You see the big picture, understand the business, and have the ability to translate strategy into concrete results.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience from global organizations.
- Experience recruiting in IT, digitalization, or technology.
- Experience with Workday.
- Experience working closely with HR Business Partners and executive teams.
- Experience with competency structuring, organizational development, or salary frameworks.

About the employmentThis is a fixed-term consulting assignment intended to cover parental leave, where you will be employed as a consultant by OIO.
Terms & Benefits:
- Start: Immediately (preferably yesterday).
- Assignment duration: Until December 31, 2026.
- Scope: Full-time.
- Location: Huskvarna, Stockholm, Malmö, or Jonsered.
- Work model: Hybrid with high flexibility.
- Compensation: Fixed monthly salary.
